Services
I can support organizations’ efforts in strategic planning and program review and like working with groups interested in using these tools to achieve their organizational missions and visions. In higher education contexts, I am also able to consult on areas of department administration, governance, assessment, curricular design, and leadership.
Approach
I rely on approaches that emphasize planning over plans. My goal is to support organizations in building a capacity for resiliency. I have completed the certificate program in strategic foresight at the University of Houston and bring the foresight framework, scenario planning, and systems thinking to my work.
